Breathwork Evolution Refund Policy.
At Breathwork Evolution, we believe your investment should always support your healing journey. To keep things fair and transparent, here’s how our refund policy works:
Breathwork Sessions
• If we cancel or reschedule, you will always receive a full refund.
• If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, you may choose a full refund (minus transaction fees) or apply the payment as credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future Breathwork session (valid for 12 months).
Kambo Treatments
• Payments are non-refundable.
• However, payments will always be honored as credit toward a future Kambo treatment with Breathwork Evolution.
Retreats
• A 50% deposit secures your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.
• If you pay in full and later cancel, you may receive a 50% refund of your total payment (minus transaction fees).
• Alternatively, your payment may be applied as credit toward a future retreat or service with Breathwork Evolution (valid for 12 months).
• This policy exists because retreat accommodations, meals, and logistics are paid in advance and are non-recoverable.
Workshops
• Refunds are available only if you cancel 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event.
• All other cancellations are non-refundable. However, the amount paid may be applied as credit toward future services offered by Breathwork Evolution, including Workshops, Breathwork Sessions, Retreats, and other offerings (valid for 12 months).
At Breathwork Evolution, your commitment matters. We will always ensure your investment supports your growth—whether that’s today or through future sessions, workshops, or retreats.
