Breathwork Evolution Refund Policy.
At Breathwork Evolution, we believe your investment should always support your healing journey. To keep things fair and transparent, here’s how our refund policy works:
Breathwork Sessions
• If we cancel or reschedule, you will always receive a full refund.
• If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, you may choose a full refund (minus transaction fees) or apply the payment as credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future Breathwork session (valid for 12 months).
Kambo Treatments
• Payments are non-refundable.
• However, payments will always be honored as credit toward a future Kambo treatment with Breathwork Evolution.
Retreats
• All retreat payments are non-refundable. This policy exists because retreat accommodations, meals, facilitators, and logistics are reserved and paid for in advance and are non-recoverable. If a participant cancels more than 45 days prior to the retreat start date, Breathwork Evolution may offer a partial credit toward future retreats, workshops, or services. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original retreat start date, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for refunds or credits, as it is often challenging, and sometimes not possible, to fill retreat spaces on short notice. In the event of a death or life-threatening medical emergency, Breathwork Evolution may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future retreat or service. Documentation may be requested. Cash refunds are not provided.

Workshops
• Refunds are available only if you cancel 60 days or more prior to the scheduled event.
• All other cancellations are non-refundable. However, the amount paid may be applied as credit toward future services offered by Breathwork Evolution, including Workshops, Breathwork Sessions, Retreats, and other offerings (valid for 12 months).
At Breathwork Evolution, your commitment matters. We will always ensure your investment supports your growth—whether that’s today or through future sessions, workshops, or retreats.
